The Nourished Program is a Holistic 9 Week Small Group program empowering women to eat, move and live in a balanced way so they can lead their families and businesses with health, vitality and wholeness.
Because NOURISHED is so much MORE than just what is on your plate, we go beyond our start with real food education and dive into the lifestyle choices of who we are being in the world and how to create those choices that best serve ourselves, our families and our business.
It’s a combination of real food education so you have the knowledge to make your own healthy choices in a way that works for your body.
It’s letting go of diet dogma, rules and obsessive thinking about your body.
It’s finding movement that is enjoyable and you look forward to, rather than it being a means to a “perfect” body.
It’s honoring your yes’s and no’s from a place of empowerment and not guilt, and it’s feeling supported, encouraged and empowered to go after your dreams and live life to the fullest.

This 9-week small group program will walk you through how to go beyond food to live a nourished life, improving your whole health, mindset and well-being, all in a safe and supportive group setting.
If you are local you can join in person at the studio on Concord, or You can join the weekly meetings online on Zoom if you are out of state. (don’t worry, I’ll teach you how to use it!)

What’ s included in the Group Coaching Program:
• 9 weekly 90 minute sessions in person or online.
• Weekly 30 minute Facebook Live sessions to answer any questions.
• Resources. Joining the program ensures you’ll receive all my Top Tips, handouts, and other materials you need to put these methods into action at home on a daily basis. All your materials right to your email, you can refer to at any time.
• Community. Support from other amazing women who want to live into their fullness and create a lifestyle of healthy habits.
• Laser focus coaching to uncover what is stopping you, slowing you down or keeping you from feeling healthy and empowered.
• You will develop a powerful vision of what you desire to help you feel most empowered, balanced and confident.

A private Facebook group to connect with your Tribe. Group members stay in touch outside of our scheduled meetings by supporting each other’s changes via our private Facebook Group and personal connection. People who start as fellow group members may turn into lasting friends!
Here’s how this Group Coaching thing works:
This program only runs a few time per year, so you’ll need to register before we get started.
Once you sign up, you’ll receive your program materials via email and instructions for joining the Private Facebook Community as well as how to join our first group meeting in person or via Zoom.
Then, we’ll have our first group meeting, and the transformation process will begin! 🙂

Great question! I know you’re coming to me for real results, not just a feel-good vibe and a connection with new friends (although you’ll get all that, too!).
You’re going to get curated information and motivation based on your own vision for health and well-being (not a one size fits all diet based on the generalized public or trying to fit your goals into someone else’s dreams)
Q: I’m not sure if I can afford this program, what exactly is included?
I can’t put a price tag on your newfound confidence, health, and peace of mind.
