Group Health Coaching is your answer!
This transformational program will walk you through every aspect of improving your physical and mental health, all in a safe and supportive group setting. You can join the weekly meetings online on Zoom (don’t worry, I’ll teach you how to use it!)

What’s included in the Group Health Coaching Program:
SUPPORT. The program takes place in a supportive small group who are all going through the same transformation that you are!
ACCOUNTABILITY. I am your guide on this journey, providing you with the materials, research, support and extensively trained expertise to ensure that you’re on the right track to see big changes.
COMMUNITY. Group members stay in touch outside of our scheduled meetings by supporting each other’s changes via our private Facebook Group and personal connection. People who start as “fellow group members†may turn into lasting friends!
SAFETY. Group members are respectful of one another’s privacy, and we maintain a safe space within the group so you can share as much or as little as you’re comfortable sharing.
RESOURCES. Joining the program ensures you’ll receive all the workbooks, recipe plans, and other material you need to put these methods into action at home on a daily basis.
 
Here’s how this Group Coaching thing works:
â—  This program only runs a few time per year, so you’ll need to register before we get started.
â—  Once you sign up, you’ll receive your program materials via email and instructions for joining the Private Facebook Community as well as how to join our first group meeting via Zoom.
â—  Then, we’ll have our first group meeting, and the transformation process will begin! 🙂

Q: What will I gain from working with you, Christine?
After your first meeting, you’ll walk away with a renewed sense of belief in yourself, your body, and it’s ability to heal itself and become the vibrant picture of health it once was (or, maybe better than it ever was!). You will understand what the 5 steps to creating Transformational habits that last are, and you’ll understand exactly what the next steps are that I’ll be walking you through as we go on the journey of 6 weekly sessions together.
Q: Are these group coaching sessions like a pampering “self-care†treatment without personalized strategies?
Great question! I know you’re coming to me for real results, not just a “feel-good†vibe and a connection with new friends (although you’ll get all that, too!). You’re going to get curated  information and education based on your own vision for health and well-being (not a crazy “one size fits all†diet based on the generalized public)
Q: I’m not sure if I can afford this program, what exactly is included?
I can’t put a price tag on your newfound confidence, health, and peace of mind. But I can point you to my long list of happy clients who worked with me to “just give it a shot†and were skeptical about the cost, who have now become regular clients committed to the healthier lifestyle and positive outlook that regular coaching with me has created for them.
