I’m Christine Williams, but my friends call me Chris.
I’m a certified nutritional therapy practitioner and transformational health and life coach for women who have lost their energy and themselves in the demands of every day life and just don’t feel like themselves anymore. Feeling overly-tired, with too much to do, and suffering with hormonal imbalance, weight gain, perfectionism, and unhealthy habits; they are feeling stuck and don’t know how to move forward.
Whether you are a woman who leads a family or a business, you want a simple holistic approach with an experienced practitioner who will really listen, and provide the container, support and stretch to uncover the habits zapping your health and mindset and keeping you stuck so you can get your MOXIE back and operate as your most powerful, healthy self, living in full authenticity and possibility.

By changing the way you THINK about yourself, food, movement and self-care, you can live in a balanced way that leaves you feeling confident, fulfilled and peaceful.

I understand your struggle because I’ve been there, too.
I know how you feel because I’ve been there too. I was a busy mom homeschooling my 3 boys with a 17 year marriage that was falling apart. I was stressed out, trying to do it all, and suffering from all kinds of health issues from digestive issues, hormonal imbalances, anxiety and a negative body image no matter how much weight I might lose.
So when that midlife crisis hit me that brought me to my knees with a divorce and going back to school while raising my 3 boys, I was just trying to get through the day and keep all the balls in the air! I unintentionally put my own needs on the back burner while building my new business and talking care of my family.
Can you relate to the juggling act?
My weight crept up. I went through early menopause in my 40’s, I was feeling anxious, depleted and stressed out, eating chips and cheese for dinner and too much wine, and I had that mean girl voice telling me all the ways I just didn’t measure up. Outside I looked like I was handling it all, but inside I was suffering.
I knew that something needed to change soon. I was dealing with way too much and my body and mind were suffering. If I wanted to be the kind of mom and person I wanted to be, I needed to make a shift. I was aware that food could affect my health, energy and my moods, so I decided to go back to school to become a Certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. I had studied and practiced traditional food principles while raising my family but felt that maybe I was missing something. Surely by going back to school, I would know exactly what I should eat and be able to easily lose the weight and keep it off and feel like myself again.
So, I went back to school, and became a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. I taught nutritional wellness programs that helped my clients restart their health and wellness. But there was a missing piece. I could teach my clients what to eat, but after the initial excitement or when the program ended, they would default back to their old habits. Something wasn’t sticking.
To be totally honest, it was embarrassing. I was a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner for goodness sake! And I couldn’t help my clients stay on track and get the results they wanted. What was I missing?
Then I came across a coaching program that was focused not on food but about how habits are created in the brain. It was based in something called “neuro-linguistic programming.” It taught me the Transformational Coaching Method of speaking the language of your brain. And that’s when everything clicked for me. TCM helped me retrain my brain and actually changed the way my nervous system responds to stress.
THIS was the missing piece, that combined with nourishing foods and sacred self-care, could help me and my clients reclaim health, rebalance hormones and manage stress to create healthy habits that actually felt automatic and not a chore.
Yes, eating real nutritious food is important. It starts with food. Without the right nutrients our body and mind can get out of wack. And, an additional piece was needed. Going beyond just the food and into the brain science of habit change and our internal dialog with ourselves. How are we living in the world and what patterns are we holding onto that keep us pushing past our limits into imbalance?
Going through that program made it clear to me that the secret to feeling balanced and staying on track with nourishing all of me with healthy lifestyle habits really had everything to do with the old patterns, beliefs and habits that were wired in my brain. And the great news was that I could change them. I had the power to take back my health and create a new way of living and being.
I was inspired to learn everything I could. So I not only completed their basic program but went on to finish their Advanced Transformational coaching and Mastery level programs.
Today I lead my business and nurture my family with a sense of relaxed confidence. I have been able to manage my menopause symptoms naturally, redefine my relationship with my body, stress and food, and reprogram my brain to break those old stubborn habits leaving me overwhelmed, stressed out, out of balance and self-critical. I’ve replaced them with new healthier habits that feel balanced, natural and automatic.
Today, I have new sense of freedom and I have my MOXIE back!

Some interesting facts about me:
Most people don’t know that I got married in Scotland.
Cooking and having fun with my kids in the kitchen makes my heart sing.
I love to work with my hands and get creative. Knitting, making candles, crafting, cooking. (maybe that’s why I love my work as a massage therapist, I get to use my hands)
- My husband and I LOVE to travel together and experience new places and foods, especially craft beers. I think I have a gypsy heart.
- I have a 15-year-old cat named Whiskers. (He is the most “chill” cat I know. Maybe that’s why he’s lived so long.)
- My favorite place I have visited is Scotland. I want to go back and see more of that beautiful country I missed the first time. Especially the Islands of Iona and Skye.
My favorite form of self-care is having quiet time in the morning, my weekly massage, a walk in the woods, and a semi-annual trip to the Well of Mercy for some recharging time to reconnect with myself, my higher power and to unplug.
How to get started:
For 1-on-1 Health Coaching: You’ll start by booking a breakthrough session coaching call. Just click on the link that says “Apply for Your Breakthrough Session.” If we’re a good fit, we’ll decide on the best program to meet your goals and pick a start date to begin. After our call, you’ll get an email with the client agreement for you to sign and return to me prior to our first coaching session.
For Group Coaching: The Sacred Self-Care group program is only open a few times a year. You will need to register for the next session. You will receive confirmation of your registration and your materials will be sent to you via email along with a link to join our weekly Zoom calls and join in the private FB group.
For Massage: When you book an appointment for massage, you’ll get a confirmation email of your appointment. 3 days before your appointment you’ll get a reminder. After your appointment, you’ll also get a follow-up email asking how your experience was.
