I’m Christine Williams, but my friends call me Chris.
I love fresh flowers, traveling the world, walks in the woods, inspiring books, sunshine, the mountains, a great cup of coffee, natural remedies, & big hugs.
As a Certified Master Transformational Coach, Certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and Holistic Health and Life Coach for women, I believe that when we learn to listen to our bodies and embrace the laws of nature, when we give our body, mind and spirit what they need, total wellbeing can be achieved.
Yet, 80% of women suffer from hormonal imbalance and it’s taking it’s toll on our lives, families and dreams. Hormones are a part of us and immensely powerful over every aspect of our being. Left unchecked and out of balance, they have the power to destroy our day, piece mind, our marriage and our business.
It doesn’t need to be this way. There is a way out!
I help women entrepreneurs suffering from hormonal imbalance, overwhelm, burnout, and self-doubt, come home to themselves, and become confident, energized and empowered to heal themselves naturally, so they can do big work, and live and lead harmoniously.
I believe the world needs more women who are truly empowered to heal themselves and confidently pursue their passion and purpose in a way that doesn’t lead to hormonal imbalance, overwhelm, stress, sickness or burnout.
I’m passionate about supporting women overcome the fears, self-doubt, overwhelm and lack of knowledge on how to heal their bodies naturally and the lifestyle factors that creates the imbalances that keep them from experiencing confidence, abundance and freedom in all areas of their lives.
You know just as I do, as women who lead, our time is very precious. If you are unable to function due to your fluctuating hormones days or weeks out of the month, how can you expect yourself to be present to yourself, your family and build a business that flourishes and thrives?
Achieving total wellness takes work and even though this task may seem daunting at times, with the right support, you can achieve your health and life goals. That’s my role, to support you on your journey to optimum health and to teach you how to heal yourself.
Most importantly, I want you to know that when you do this for yourself, you very literally create a ripple effect and make (y)our world a better place. The world needs you healthy, energized and happy.

I understand your struggle because I’ve been there, too.
I know how you feel because I’ve been there too. I was a busy mom homeschooling my 3 boys with a 17 year marriage that was falling apart. I was stressed out, trying to do it all, and suffering from all kinds of hormonal imbalances. Anxiety, digestive issues, trouble sleeping, unwanted weight gain, headaches, hot flashes, up and own moods and a negative inner critic.
So when that midlife crisis hit me that brought me to my knees with a divorce and going back to school while raising my 3 boys, I was just trying to get through the day and keep all the balls in the air!
Can you relate to the juggling act?
My weight crept up. I went through early menopause in my 40’s, I was feeling anxious, depleted and stressed out, eating chips and cheese for dinner and too much wine, and I had that mean girl voice telling me all the ways I just didn’t measure up. Outside I looked like I was handling it all, but inside I was suffering quietly.
I knew that something needed to change soon. I was dealing with way too much and my body and mind were suffering. I took on too much and unintentionally put my own needs on the back burner in service of taking care of my new business and family.
My hormones were out of balance and I was tired, depleted, self-critical and the joy was getting sucked out of my life. I knew there had to be a way out.
What I was doing was not sustainable. If I wanted to be the kind of mom I wanted to be, and build the business of my dreams, I needed to get this figured out.
I had always been interested in natural health and I knew food had the power to heal, so I went back to school to become a certified nutritional therapy practitioner. This is where my world opened up to the information I needed to heal my body naturally. I learned how to restore my foundations of health, balance my hormones naturally and started feeling like myself again. I became inspired to teach this to other women too. I started teaching nutrition classes to teach women how to do the same. It was amazing seeing their energy increase, unwanted weight drop, sleeping improving,, smiles returning and feeling like they had reclaimed their confidence and health and feel like themselves again.
But, what I began to notice was that they had trouble taking this information and turning into healthy habits that lasted. We needed to go beyond just what was on our plate and into the additional lifestyle habits that create our whole well being.
So I searched for a training program that was focused on how habits are created in the brain. I found a program based in something called “neuro-linguistic programming.” It taught me the Transformational Coaching Method of speaking the language of your brain. And that’s when everything clicked for me. I learned how to help myself and my clients transform old limiting beliefs that were keeping them stuck in the rut of overwhelm, doing too much and defaulting back into old habits, into sustainable ones that created long term health, balance, flow, confidence, and happiness.
THIS was the missing piece that I needed.
I was inspired to learn everything I could. So I not only completed their basic program but went on to finish their Advanced and Mastery level programs. It completely shifted my relationship with myself, my body, my business and my family.
Yes, eating real nutritious food is important. As Certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, I believe feeling energized and healthy starts with food. Without the right nutrients, our body, mind and hormones can get out of whack. You can’t continue to eat denatured food, void of nutrients and drink soda or coffee all day and expect to feel amazing.
Rebalancing our foundations of health is the first step and getting back to whole real food is the first step. And, we need to go beyond just the food and into the brain science of habit change and our internal dialog with ourselves. How are we living in the world and what patterns are we holding on to that keep us pushing past our limits into imbalance and depletion?
Today I feel a new sense of freedom. I managed my hormonal imbalance naturally, I love the skin I’m in, feel energized to jump out of bed each morning, and have the confidence to get things done and explore what is most meaningful to me in my life.
My business has tripled it’s income, with less stress and hustle and I joyfully take time for me, my family and the things I love again.
After so much time struggling, I was ecstatic that I finally found something that works, which is why I knew I had to share it with women like you! Together we can change the world.

Some interesting facts about me:
Most people don’t know that I got married in Scotland.
Cooking and having fun with my kids in the kitchen makes my heart sing.
I love to work with my hands and get creative. Knitting, making candles, crafting, cooking. (maybe that’s why I love my work as a massage therapist, I get to use my hands)
My husband and I LOVE to travel together and experience new places and foods, especially craft beers. I think I have a gypsy heart.
I have a 15-year-old cat named Whiskers. (He is the most “chill” cat I know. Maybe that’s why he’s lived so long.)
My favorite place I have visited is Scotland. I want to go back and see more of that beautiful country I missed the first time. Especially the Islands of Iona and Skye.
My favorite form of self-care is having quiet time in the morning, my weekly massage, a walk in the woods, and a semi-annual trip to the Well of Mercy for some recharging time to reconnect with myself, my higher power and to unplug.

For 1-on-1 Transformational Coaching: You’ll start by booking a breakthrough session coaching call. Just click on the link that says “Apply for Your Breakthrough Session.” If we’re a good fit, we’ll decide on the best program to meet your goals and pick a start date to begin. After our call, you’ll get an email with the client agreement for you to sign and return to me prior to our first coaching session.
For Group Coaching: The Art of Abundant Living group program is only open a few times a year. You will need to register for the next session. You will receive confirmation of your registration and your materials will be sent to you via email along with a link to join our weekly Zoom calls and join in the private FB group.
