Shine Wellness Policies
Massage Services are no longer available.
We all know that life happens and emergencies arise, but please keep in mind my cancellation and late policies. Please give the courtesy of a 24 hour notice so I can fill that time slot.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please allow 24 hours advance notice to reschedule or cancel.
Cancellations in less than 24 hours and “No shows” will be charged the full cost of the appointment. The charges will go on the credit card you gave when scheduling your appointment or you can pay by cash.
These rules also apply to Gift Certificates / coupons/ other promotions~ in the event of a “no show” or same day cancellation the voucher will become void and is considered redeemed.
All Massage services, packages and monthly account purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE!
Health Coaching fees are non-refundable. A client agreement will be provided upon start of the requested program with the full policy noted in writing.
If you are running late?
If you arrive late for your appointment, you will be given the time remaining. You will be responsible for the entire cost of your scheduled appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment and have not notified your therapist, your appointment is considered cancelled and you will be charged full cost of the session.
What kind of payment do you accept?
Payment is due at time of service. Cash, check, or credit card. Returned checks are subject to a $25 fee. There are no refunds once services have been rendered.
Can you help me avoid going to the doctor?
No. I am certified nutritional therapy practitioner and a holistic health coach working in the realm of habit change. I am also a licensed massage therapist in the state of North Carolina. I cannot diagnose medical diseases or disorders, prescribe medications, or perform manipulations or adjustments of the human skeletal structure. I will be happy to refer you to those who are licensed to do so.
I have the right to refuse clients from booking or scheduling.
